The Holiday Challenge IS A SHORTCUT...

Hey guys. Coach Joel here. Before coming up with the model I use in my coaching programs that's helped hundreds people get changes, I had tried all the historical approaches to achieving and keeping a healthy weight.

Personally, I've cut carbs, tried keto, and intermittent fasting. I've counted calories and done a ton of extra cardio on top of weight training.
